Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
  • Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective.

2. Return Process

  • Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@tier1district.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions.
  • Shipping: Please ship your return to the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item. If it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note: We reserve the right to deny returns if the returned items do not meet our return criteria.

 

3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process. Once we receive your return, we will ship the exchange item, subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund.

 

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@tier1district.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the return and replacement of the item at no additional cost to you.
